Our office recently had a team building day at Nourish Café and Cooking School. The owner and instructor, Dan, entertained us with his food knowledge, culinary skills, and his tried and true cooking techniques. We spent a wonderful afternoon cooking French Cuisine. Our team had a great time making the food, but the best part was feasting on our hard work. Some of us are excited to make it again at home!
Our menu consisted of:
- Homemade flakey mushroom tart with caramelized onion and a bistro-style vinaigrette salad
- Decadent bouillabaisse with fresh seasonal fish, local mussels, potatoes, and tomatoes
- Still-warm fresh baked bread and homemade butter
- Rustic tarte aux pommes for dessert
