This past March, we wrote a post detailing our partnership with the Lord Byng Secondary School’s senior boys rugby team. For their spring tour overseas to New Zealand and Australia, our dental team prepared custom mouthguards – an essential piece of protective equipment for the contact sport.

Over the course of two days earlier this year, the team’s 35 players visited our Vancouver dental clinic to take impressions of their respective teeth for our models. This then led to the custom fabrication process.

The Grey Ghosts have since followed up with a couple of photos (as shown below) and it looks like their tour was a memorable one. Congratulations to the players and coaches on an experience of a lifetime!
